Our Training Administration team manages payroll, end-to-end recruitment operations, talent operations, learning operations, events management, staff benefits operations, HRBP operations, general administration as well as HR reporting and staff query management.
In the areas of learning operations, we support pre and post-training activities including but not limited to logistics and administrative preparation, enrollments, attendance taking, post training evaluation and survey management, billings and payments, liaison with training providers and staff enquiries management. We maintain the learning managing system by creating the necessary programs, updating of training records, enrolments, ensuring approvals, ensuring data integrity as well as standard and ad-hoc reporting.
